Allow the top inch to dry out before watering again as like other palm trees, it is sensitive to overwatering.

Bright light exposer from south or west facing window would be best. Too severe light can scorch the foliage.

Don’t feed during winter when the palnt is dormant

its repotting is done during spring every 2-3 yrs in a pot 2-4 inch wider than the current pot.

Replanting a chopped branch/offshoot is a quicker process than seed germination.
